Martha Jean Mundy Noell passed on July 17,2026. Born in Athens, Ga December 26,1948 she was the daughter of the late Joe and Yvonne Mundy. Martha was known for her uncanny ability to connect with people. She loved to help out and be of service whenever and wherever she could. 

 Her working life was long and varied, and some of her proudest memories was the work she did as an activity director in local nursing homes taking the residents to events such as Braves baseball, Falcons training camp and multiple professional wrestling events. In later years, she was actively involved in feral cat trap/neuter programs and lovingly cared for a colony of feral cats for over a decade.

A woman of great faith, she had no fear of where or when her earthly journey would end. She would tell everyone she was a child of God and her homecoming was assured.

She was preceded in death by her beloved childhood sweetheart turned husband, Steve Noell and their infant son, Dustin.

She is survived by her adored daughter Lyssa and much-loved son in law Ken, as well as multiple grand-animals of all species.
